We have found that cellulose will seal tighter and give you a better R-Value for your money. A dense pack of 3.5-4 densities will give the best thghtness (less airflow) and will not give moisture a chance to build inside walls or ceiling. fiberglass is less dense and lets air flow through the fiber alowing moisture to collect and in time can cause the moisture to show through walls or ceilings that are not protected by poly on the warm side of the wall ,ceiling. this says that air from the outside is entering and condensing with warm air, a dense pack will not give you that problem if properly done.
